Welcome to the Tarka Radio website. We are in the process of redesigning the whole website, so keep an eye out for changes!

Tarka Radio has moved into brand new state of the art studios in the Concourse of North Devon District Hospital. No more hiding in a cubby hole in the basement, now our presenters can be watched by everybody that walks by on their way to the lifts to visit friends and relatives! Why don't YOU take a look at our request board, just outside the studios, fill in a request form and play a tune for a friend or loved one?

Tarka Radio exists for the patients of the hospital;- if we only manage to make one person feel happier, whilst they are in hospital, then we have done our job. So if you know of some one at the hospital, and you cant get in yourself to fill in a form, then why not send a request to Tarka, Click Here so that we may play a favourite piece of music for them. And if you want to make sure they are listening, just ask your aquaintance to tune to Channel 28 on the day and time that you have asked for your request to be played......
